Bright Eyes MD Procedure & Custom Enhancement

This patient received the Bright Eyes MD Procedure, tailored to her unique anatomy. The procedure lifted her eyes up and forward, and repositioned fat under the eyes, lifted the cheeks, and brows - all without removing skin or fat.

After three months of healing, we noted residual fat and excess upper eyelid skin specific to her case. A minor follow-up procedure was performed to refine these areas. Most patients don’t require a secondary procedure, but in select cases, it can further enhance the final result.

Before picture is patient years after having had a facelift, forehead lift, and two eye procedures. She was referred to me by Maurice Sherman, MD, double board certified ENT/Facial Plastic Surgeon.

She had fullness in her lower lids, with fluid filled lower eyelid creases. Her eyes were at different depths in the sockets. Her upper lids appeared nonexistent, with the brows entering the orbits.

No fat was removed from the lower lids - simply placed under the eye, secured by the CPF fascia. The cheeks were lifted. This pushed the eyes up and forward, which brought the upper lids out, and the brows were pushed upwards naturally. The swelling of the lower lids with fluid stopped.

Patient referred on complete disability, unable to keep eyes open without severe fatigue. Cured within a few days - had obvious levator muscle dehiscence in upper lids, quickly repaired.
